Director, Real World Insight

Pauline started her media career in 2000 and has been a consumer insight specialist ever since.

She joined MediaCom as an Associate Director in January 2007 and set about building up the agency's quantitative research offering. She now heads up the Real World Insight team and is responsible for making sure the agency thinks about how consumers think, feel and behave in the real world, and for delivering top quality, actionable research to our clients.
